Special attention is given to developing countries, emerging economies, and resource-constrained environments.

We welcome conceptual, empirical, and methodological papers that explore the intersections of industry, innovation, infrastructure, sustainability, and inclusive development. Selected papers will be presented at the conference and considered for publication in conference proceedings or partner journals, subject to peer-review processes.
