Description & Call for Papers

1st WFIEd International Conference for Peace, Justice and Strong Institution

The 1st WFIEd International Conference for Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions invites researchers, academics, policymakers, practitioners, and students to submit original papers related to the conference theme, “Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels.” The conference welcomes innovative ideas, empirical research, and practical insights that contribute to understanding and strengthening peace, justice, and institutional capacity across diverse contexts.

This conference serves as an international forum to discuss current challenges and future directions in building peaceful societies and strong institutions at local, national, and global levels. Particular attention is given to issues of good governance, rule of law, social justice, human rights, and institutional accountability in different sociocultural, political, and institutional settings, including fragile, conflict-affected, and resource-constrained contexts. Selected papers will be presented during the conference and considered for publication in a journal managed by the World Forum for Inclusive Education or partner journals, subject to peer-review processes.

By bringing together perspectives from academia, policy, and practice, the conference aims to generate insights that support evidence-based policymaking, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and contribute to ongoing efforts to promote peace, justice, and strong institutions in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 16.
